Merry Christmas Ornament

Hello all,
Today is Scraptastic Monday's, this week you are to Create an actual Christmas tree ornament, card or a tag. Must have a Christmas ball and some bling.
I decided to do an ornament with my daughter.  We had so much fun making them!  We both colored the Christmas girl with banner.  I colored my little girl with promarkers.  My daughter colored her with color pencils.  I cut them out and put them inside the ornament.  We then placed glitter poms inside, and put the ornaments on the tree.  Super fun and easy!
I hope you go over to Scraptastic Designs and see all the other DT's projects and play along for some great prizes.  I'm linking this up to Little Scrap Pieces "Copy Cat Friday" challenge.  Thanks so much Karen for your lovely comment and reminding me of your challenge.

This challenge is a tic-tac-toe, I chose the middle row which is: Christmas Greeting, Peppermint twist twine or red floss and buttons. Second: Go Fish photo inspiration challenge and you must use polka dots.
I made a really simple card.  I used red floss to make a swirl line.  The stockings are from PTI and the sentiment is from Scrappymoms.  I hope the stamped buttons I placed on the stocking counts.  I didn't have any buttons that matched.  I really like the way the card turned out!  I hope you're finding time to join all these great challenges.

Fashionably Late

Hello all,
I have a card today that I'm sending to my mother.  Her birthday was November 28th and I'm so late in making/sending this card.  I made three different cards because I couldn't decide.
The first one I made, just wasn't fancy enough.  The second one was better but the third one was more her style.  I'm also entering these cards in Wacky Wednesday "Birthday Theme" challenge.

This is the one I'm giving to her!
The boots are from Forever Young cart and the purse is from Everyday Paper Dolls cart.  I printed the sentiment out.  I really love this card and hope my mom does too!  She loves to match her boots, purses and jackets.

This is the first card I did!
I used a stamp from PBD for the boot and a stamp from MCT for the purse.

This is the second card similar to the first but bolder colors.

It's the freezin season!

Hello all,
Today I have a card for two challenges. I'm having lots of fun making Christmas/Winter cards.  I have to admit that I don't send any out...CRAZY!  I make cards to give away for sets and for other people to give away but I don't.  I like my stuff to be uniform, I just buy box sets from Sam's every year.  I buy the sets that look like I would have made it...LOL  I love the card sets they sale at Sam's they are so bright and pretty.  I love the cards that have layers and raised images. I know this is crazy considering all the stuff I own Christmas/Winter related.  Maybe one year I will send out homemade cards.

First: Dilly Bean "Snowman Family" challenge.  You can download the digi for free to play along.
Second: The Pink Elephant "Color Inspiration Photo" challenge.

I really love this card!  The colors are so pretty and bright!  This snowman family digi is just so super cute! Everything was colored with Promarkers. I did some layering to the snowmen.  I added some pearls and a snowflake from a spellbinder die.  The sentiment is from PBD "Winter Fun" set. I hope you're having fun making all your Christmas/Winter projects.

Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas

Hello all,
I have a Holiday card today for three challenges.  First: My Craft Spot "Christmas through the Window" challenge.  Second: Fantabulous Cricut "Holiday Cards" challenge.  Third: Cooking with Cricut "Candles, Wreaths and Pine Cones" challenge.
I really love the way this card came out!  I used a digi I got for free a week ago, I don't remember where. I cut a window from the Christmas/Noel solution cart.  The image was colored with Promarkers and popped up for more depth.  I sponged the windows lightly, added some stickles to the falling snow and glossy accents to the candle.

4 You

Hello all,
Today I have a set of cards and a matching box.  I love making these for my children's teachers.  I make the box with my MS score board.  The paper is cut to size 6 1/2 x 8. You score the bottom box 1" on all sides and the lid 1 or 2 space before the 1" mark.  I wish I was better at ruler sizes.  I need to make a few more cards to go with this set. The sentiments are from Docerela Creations " Home for Christmas" set.  This is a must have set for Christmas.  This set is just so great for Christmas projects, I really love the long sentiments for curving on cards.  Home for Christmas set is on sale through the week for only $10 now that's a deal.
I'm entering this set in the JUGS "Set of Cards and Matching Packaging" challenge.
